Social Saturday - 2/18/17

Social Saturday is the one day each month where we throw two FREE fitness parties at 8am and 9:30am.

What's a fitness party you ask? It's something you don't want to miss, that's for sure! It involves:

• 40 people per class (registration required)
• An epic interval-style workout
• High-energy music
• A team of motivating coaches
• A calming cool-down
• Giveaways
• Post workout bites from Cleveland's Elite Eating. They offer high-quality, healthy, prepared meals.

Whether you workout on a regular basis or you're just starting out on your fitness journey, our team of RF coaches will be with you every step of the way assisting with proper technique and motivating you to make the most of your workout.
